Light-Weight
If you are concerned about the impact on your website's performance, let me tell you that it's one of the fastest WordPress SEO Plugins out there.
It's very lightweight and you can also enable and disable the features/functions based on your needs which in turn allows you to reduce the load on your server resources and database.
At the moment of writing this, the Rank Math SEO plugin uses about 0.35 MB of memory and the impact on your load time is 0.01s.
Now compare that to Yoast SEO, which uses about 1.62 MB of your server's memory and it creates an impact on your load time of 0.18s. Big difference, isn't it?

Now here are some other important features of Rank Math SEO that I must mention to complete this post. Let's talk about them and why they are amazing feature to have in your WordPress SEO plugin.

It provides a detailed report outlining all of the issues and making recommendations on how to resolve them.

It also makes clear, actionable recommendations and explains why certain issues must be addressed to improve your rankings which is very helpful for beginners.
Instant Indexing
Rank Math also features an intriguing function called Instant Indexing, which allows you to quickly get your material indexed.
This feature makes it incredibly simple and time-saving for search engines like Google, Bing, and Yandex to index your blog articles and pages.
To utilize it with Google, just connect your Google Search Console account to Rank Math; no other action is necessary.
Other search engines use the IndexNow API, on the other hand. You won't have to do anything else because the Rank Math plugin will develop and set up the API for you.
Following that, simply submit the URLs in your Rank Math dashboard, and they will be indexed by all search engines that support the IndexNow API.
It is impossible to anticipate how long search engines will take to index your website, but you can rest comfortably that all of the hard work has been accomplished.
Redirection Manager

It also includes features like automatic redirection and tracking for 404 pages. You can also configure it to create a redirect whenever you change the URL of a page or post, which is extremely useful.
I used to forget about it, but now I don't have to think about it at all.
Overall, it's a fantastic feature to have built into the Rank Math SEO plugin.
Custom Schema Type
Rank Math allows you to add custom schema markups to websites.
Schema markup provides search engines with structured data to better understand a webpage's content. Schema markup can enhance a website's search engine result listing, making it look more inviting and comprehensive.
With Rank Math's Custom Schema Markup feature, one can add schema markup to their website quickly and effortlessly by selecting from the variety of pre-designed schema types available through an intuitive interface.
This includes options such as articles, events, local businesses, products, and more.
If none of the pre-defined schemas are suitable for their needs, users can design their own.
This method gives users more control over how their page appears in search engine results, allowing them to gain an advantage over competitors.
Utilizing Custom Schema Markup can be beneficial for website owners as it enhances their SEO and makes them more visible to potential customers.
Google Trend Integration

Elementor & Divi Integration
Rank Math also works with popular WordPress page builders like Elementor and Divi.
Rank Math users can easily add schema markup to their website using the Elementor page builder thanks to the Elementor integration.
You can customize and configure basic SEO details from the sidebar while using Elementor and you can also simply drag and drop the Rank Math widget onto the page and configure the desired schema type.
A preview feature is also included in the integration, which shows users how their schema will appear in search results.
The Divi integration also works in the similar way and it allows you to easily manage your WordPress SEO directly using the Divi Builder.

Rank Math's Bulk Edit feature allows users to select multiple pages or posts to edit at the same time.

When compared to making changes to each page or post individually, it can save users a significant amount of time and effort.

Version Rollback
The Rollback Version feature allows you to revert to a previous version of the Rank Math plugin in case you run into an issue or you specifically need a version for your specific needs.
Believe it or not but sometimes it's a life saver.

It's inevitable!
The least you can do is be prepared for situations like that and the rollback version feature allows you to do that.
Link Management & Suggestions
The Link Management feature by Rank Math SEO, allows you to manage and optimize the links on your websites.
The most useful one would be the link suggestions that you get while writing your content on WordPress in the sidebar as shown in the screenshot above.
Although, the algorithm of the link suggestions is not the best. It definitely needs improvement however, it's already very useful. (In case you need, Link Whisper is better alternative in this specific case.)
Apart from this, you also get the ability to monitor 404 pages or broken links, link counter for internal and external links, redirection manager, etc.
Overall, the Link Management features in Rank Math SEO is something that makes your life easier and helps you to rank better on search engines like Google.
Get Only What You Need (Disable The Rest)
While Rank Math has a ton of features built into it to help you grow your site faster, it may also result in confusion and bloatware.
With Rank Math, you don't have to worry about that.
Most of the functionalities and features in the Rank Math SEO plugin can be enabled or disabled as per your needs.
It helps you to keep your WordPress & Rank Math dashboards clean and avoid any confusion.
And not to mention that it also helps you in reducing the size of codes and data your server has to process which may result in faster server response time.
All in all, this is a great addition to the feature set of Rank Math that is very helpful and I definitely love it.

Another great thing about Rank Math is its ability to integrate with a variety of third-party tools and services that allows you to save more time and makes things easier for you.

Rank Math is the first plugin to provide integration support for Google Analytics 4. As you may have heard, Universal Analytics by Google is retiring and Google Analytics 4 is replacing it.
This is the advanced and modern version of the Google Analytics that we've been using and this integration allows you to see all your crucial analytics and data directly on your WordPress dashboard without leaving your website.

This allows you to look at your earning history and some Adsense-related data directly in your WordPress dashboard.

Rank Math VS Squirrly SEO
Again, Both Rank Math and Squirrly SEO plugins provide a wide range of features and tools to help you in improving the SEO of your websites, but there are some key differences between the two.
They both are available as a free version as well in the WordPress repository but the free version of Squirrly SEO is too limited and I would not even recommend using it.
On the other hand, if you're willing to pay for the premium version then you can compare them and make your decision.
One of the noticeable feature of Squirrly SEO that is a highlight for me is the built-in keyword research tool. But apart from that, I don't have much to appreciate here compared to Rank Math Pro.
The pricing also differs of course but I still think that you'd be better of with Rank Math SEO. Even their free version is more than enough for most of the people out there.
I would also like to mention the fact that Squirrly SEO feels very outdated in terms of interface and design. I don't like it at all. However, it is functional so it may not matter to you.

Also, in terms of price this is very interesting option as it provides a lot of value compared to the other options apart from Rank Math SEO Pro.
While SEOPress cannot top Rank Math SEO at the moment, it is definitely a worthy opponent of the future in my opinion.
